4. Enquiries and Project Assessment

5. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Project Commencement

A project officially commences when:

  1. The quotation has been accepted;

  2. Payment requirements have been fulfilled; and

  3. Required project information has been received.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed communication, or late client responses may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

8. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on the information available at the time of quotation.

Delivery timelines may change due to:

  • Additional client requirements

  • Scope changes

  • Delayed feedback

  • Incomplete information

  • Unexpected circumstances

We will communicate any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Revisions and Amendments

We aim to deliver work according to the agreed requirements.

Eligible projects include:

Two (2) complimentary revisions within seven (7) days of delivery.

Revisions apply to adjustments relating to the original agreed scope.

Requests that involve:

  • Significant changes to requirements

  • Additional sections

  • New research directions

  • Expanded scope

may be treated as a new service request and may incur additional charges.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Provide necessary instructions and materials

  • Communicate requirements clearly

  • Review delivered work within a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights

Teorix Papers is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by clients.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and documents.

Client materials are used only for the purpose of providing requested services.

We do not sell, publish, distribute, or disclose client documents to third parties except:

  • With client permission;

  • Where required by law; or

  • Where necessary to protect our legal rights.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Clients retain ownership of their original materials.

  • Teorix Papers retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, methods, and business materials.

Any final deliverables provided to clients are intended for the agreed purpose only.

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of delivered materials according to applicable rules, policies, and regulations.

13. Website Use

The information provided on the Teorix Papers website is for general information purposes only.

We aim to keep website information accurate and current; however, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or continuously updated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Teorix Papers is not liable for:
