Due to the customised nature of our services, projects are prepared specifically according to each client's requirements, scope, timeline, and objectives.

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available because time, resources, and professional effort have already been allocated to the project.

However, we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and will consider individual circumstances where appropriate.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If a client requests cancellation before work has commenced, they may be eligible for a refund.

The refund amount may depend on:

  • Whether any project preparation has been completed;

  • Administrative time already spent;

  • Any third-party costs incurred;

  • The nature of the project.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced, cancellations are generally not eligible for a full refund.

This is because:

  • Project resources have been allocated;

  • Professional time has been invested;

  • The service has already begun.

Where appropriate, Teorix Papers may consider a partial refund based on:

  • The stage of completion;

  • Work already delivered;

  • Time spent;

  • Remaining project scope.

Any partial refund decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Dissatisfaction With Delivered Services

We take quality seriously and aim to deliver services according to the agreed project scope.

If you believe the delivered service does not meet the agreed requirements, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

We will review your concerns and may provide:

  • Clarification;

  • Reasonable amendments;

  • Additional revisions within the agreed revision period;

  • A suitable resolution where appropriate.

Refunds are generally not provided solely because:

  • A client changes their mind;

  • The client no longer requires the service;

  • A third party does not approve or accept the work;

  • Expected outcomes outside our control are not achieved.

5. Revision Policy

Eligible projects include:

Two (2) complimentary revisions within seven (7) days of delivery.

Revisions are intended to address changes related to the original agreed scope.

Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

6. Delays and Client Responsibilities

Refund requests may not be applicable where delays or incomplete outcomes result from:

  • Failure to provide required information;

  • Delayed communication;

  • Missing documents or instructions;

  • Changes to project requirements after commencement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback.

7. Urgent and Priority Projects

For urgent or priority projects, resources may be allocated specifically to meet accelerated timelines.

Cancellation terms for urgent projects may differ and will be communicated before commencement.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • The agreed service has been completed;

  • The client has reviewed and accepted the delivered work;

  • The request relates to outcomes controlled by third parties;

  • The client has breached these Terms & Conditions;

  • The service has been provided according to the agreed scope.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable, clients may have rights relating to services that are not provided with acceptable care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or do not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Your name;

  • Project details;

  • Date of payment;

  • Reason for the request;

  • Supporting information.

Each request will be reviewed fairly and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
